» A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance plus the breakages deposit is required 14 days before arrival date.

House is a mix of antique and modern approach, with beautiful polished wooden floors, ouside bar, braai, entertainment deck & pool.

» Live-in Maid does daily cleaning: Making beds, sweeping floors & cleaning bathrooms (excl dishes).
» Washing of dishes & laundry by prior arrangement at an additional fee.
» Breaker view from large surround verandah .
» A single lockup garage. (2nd garage when available)
» Beach is 150m from house. Quiet one-way street. Within walking distance from Doonside & Winklespruit beaches.
» This is a non-smoking home; but visitors may smoke outside on large, spacious verandah.
